The 2-Flute integral design of this countersink tool ensures uniform and concentric results each and every time, making it suitable for use in woods, plastic, and non-ferrous materials. Featuring carbide tips, it provides chip-free hole edges and lasts much longer than traditional steel countersinks.

Available in a wide variety of sizes, this countersink is complete with an HSS M2 fully ground drill bit, model #55202. The drill bit has an (A°) angle of 49°, a (B) Cutting Height of 1/2, a (D) Diameter of 3/8, and a (D) shank of 5/16. The overall length (L) of the tool is 2-9/16.

Designed for use with #6 wood screws, the countersink has a D1 diameter of 1/8. The replacement drill, model 630-102, has an L1 length of 1-5/8.

This 55202 carbide-tipped 82-degree countersink is suitable for #6 screws with a 3/8 dia x 1/8 drill DIA and a 5/16 round shank. The (A°) angle is 49°, and the (B) Cutting height is 1/2.
