The Distinctions PTAC units come with a 5-year limited warranty from the manufacturer, which covers parts and labor in the first year and functional parts only, along with sealed refrigeration parts and labor, in the following four years.

The DCP153A35AA model allows for precise independent fan speed operation through the use of dual fan motors, and includes a 20A power cord to match the electrical configuration of the unit. This model provides precise comfort control to guests with a three-speed fan and features a compressor lockout function to prevent harm to the compressor after it cycles off.

The DCP153A35AA model has a cooling capacity of 14,700 BTU/h and an electric heat capacity of 3.5 kW, with an EER of up to 10.6. The PTAC dimensions are 42 inches wide, 16 inches high, and 21 inches deep, with an electrical voltage of 208/230 V.

The DCP093A35AA model comes equipped with automatic freeze protection, which turns on the fan motor and electric heat strip without user intervention if the temperature drops below 40 degrees.
